A native and lifelong resident of Toronto, Dr. Sean Brian Rice was educated and trained at the region's local universities, medical schools, and hospitals. He earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto and a Master of Science degree and a Doctor of Medicine from McMaster University in Hamilton. Dr. Rice completed his surgical residency training in plastic surgery at the University of Toronto and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
